Get in touch
The fastest way to reach us is email: support@teachweave.com. We read everything that comes in. Reply time is usually under 24 hours, often much less.
Helpful info to include in your first message — saves a back-and-forth:
- The email on your Teach Weave account (if it's different from the one you're writing from).
- The resource title or URL if your question is about a specific resource.
- Whatever error message you saw, or a screenshot. Even “the page just sits there” is helpful.
For buyers
I bought a resource and can't download it
Open your library. The resource should be there with a Download button. If it's missing, double-check that you're signed in with the email you used at checkout — Stripe sends the receipt to that address. Still missing? Email us with your order number (it's on the receipt) and we'll restore access.
The resource isn't what I expected
Two paths. If the resource is materially different from its description (missing pages, wrong subject, broken file), we'll refund it — email us with the order number and a sentence about what's wrong.
If it's a smaller mismatch (a typo, wishing it had one more practice page), use the “Request a change” button on the resource page. That sends a message directly to the creator with your email as the reply-to, so you can talk to them without going through us.
How do refunds work?
We aim to make a good-faith refund decision when a resource is materially different from its description, fundamentally broken, or can't be downloaded. Email support@teachweave.com to start the conversation. Refunds typically arrive on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, your library access for that resource ends and any review you left for it is removed.
I bought something and need it on a different reading level
If the creator allowed it, you'll see a “Make a different version” section on the resource page. You can ask for K–8 reading levels or translations into Spanish, French, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Arabic, Portuguese, Korean, or Tagalog. The first version takes 30–60 seconds; later teachers asking for the same one get it instantly. Versions are text-only — they don't carry over images or special layouts.
For creators
How do I get paid?
Stripe sends 85% of every sale directly to your bank on its weekly payout schedule. We never hold your money. Track every sale + payout on your creator dashboard.
How do I edit a resource I already published?
Open the resource's edit page from your dashboard. You can update the title, description, price, subject and grade tags, and standards alignment any time. Replacing the file itself uses the “Replace the file” section — past buyers get the new version on their next download.
A buyer requested a change. What now?
You'll get an email with the buyer's message and their email address as the reply-to. Reply directly to them — Teach Weave isn't in the middle of that conversation. Update the resource if it makes sense, or let them know if it doesn't fit your design.
How does the standards check work?
When you upload, we suggest the standards your resource teaches based on what's in the file — Common Core (math + ELA), TEKS (Texas), B.E.S.T. (Florida), or NGSS (science). These are suggestions you keep, edit, or remove. Teach Weave never auto-publishes; you stay in charge.
Account & billing
I forgot my password
From the sign-in page, click “Forgot your password?” and follow the link we email you. The link expires after about an hour for security; if you don't click it in time, just request a new one.
I want to change my email
For now, email support@teachweave.com and we'll move your account to the new address. A self-serve email-change flow is on the roadmap.
I want to delete my account
Email us. We'll delete your personal data and uploaded resources. Some records (orders, refunds, payouts) we keep for up to seven years per US tax rules — see our privacy policy for the full retention list.
I'm not getting email from Teach Weave
Two things to check:
- Your spam folder. Receipts, refund notices, and password resets always send, but inbox providers occasionally route them aggressively. Add
support@teachweave.comto your contacts to fix that long-term. - Your notification preferences. Marketplace activity and product-update emails are opt-in toggles in Account settings. Receipts and refund notices send regardless.
Privacy & terms
